In February 2026, we lost not just a colleague but a dear friend, who worked alongside Paul and Pippa for the last 15 years.
Mrs Wilks knoweldge, experience, charm and whit, will be dearly missed by alll here at P.J Staffing,and family and friends from near and far.

Pippa is a local lass, happily married with three children and three grandchildren. Pippa has been in the events industry for over 35 years working across a variety of sectors from waitressing to event construction and management. Having spent the last 15 years in recruitment, Pippa runs the bones of P.J staffing, managing the essential, core processes of the company with commitment, professionalism, and compassion.
