Temporary Staffing Solution

We offer a flexible temporary staffing solution, 7 days a week, with the ability to cover ad hoc or unplanned sickness, staff holidays and large-scale events where you need an abundance of versatile staff efficiently and with out comprising on quality.
Our temporary staffing solution puts you in control of your budget, offering a weekly timesheet and invoice facility so you only pay for the hours worked.
Extended Period of Hire
Also know as an extended period of hire, there are times when you have a member of our temporary staff, who is the right fit for your business and you want to offer them a permanent role, no problem, this is the ideal solution for you.
Offering a 12-week extended period of hire, gives both, you, the client and the candidate a period of time to make sure you are the right fit for each other, and if all fits, they transfer free of charge upon completion of the 12th week.
Permanent recruitment solution
If neither temporary staffing or temp to perm suits your needs right now, we do offer a 360 permanent recruitment solution, initially advertising your role, CV sifting, short listing and then showcasing selected potential candidates for interview.
We manage the placement process including constructive feedback to the candidate, through to office stage and welfare follow up for 3 months.
An invoice is only raised once the right candidate is placed with your business, during this 3-month period, if for any circumstances the selected candidates leave the position, P.J staffing offer sliding a 12-week rebate period!
