As a recruitment agency, it would be very easy to sign up as many people as possible, to ensure there are lots of candidates to pick and choose from! Massive mistake!!
The one thing we pride ourselves on is never to sacrifice quality over quantity.
Merit is more important than Mass!
Investing in and choosing quality over quantity, ensures high standards, value, saves money, time and energy and creates a long lasting, enduring, well established foundation that we continue to build on and grow.
From the very first contact with our candidates, we are looking for the qualities that are important to our values as a company. Integrity, team player, reliability, adaptability, positive attitude, punctuality, taking responsibility, warmth, friendliness and commitment being some of them.
However, there is also one other very special reason why we would choose quality over quantity! Something very special that we look for in our candidates, that we would never find if we recruited en masse!
It’s called The X Factor! (And no, we are not expecting them to burst into song when we interview them!) This is a quality that cannot be described or identified that makes somebody very special! It is an unexplained element and we know it when we see it! A very special something that cannot be put into words but we can identify when we meet them!
It is priceless!!
It’s what makes our people unique, individual and crucial to our success!
Reason enough on its own to invest in quality, rather than quantity!!
