What an honour it is to be recognised as Temporary staffing MD of the year 2025 with SME News!💫🏆🥇
My career in recruitment has been a journey to say the least, from starting my career in Catering & Hospitality from my teenage years, to start then falling into recruitment with a well know national brand since 2013, to stepping in the business world in early 2020, to then overcome a world crisis , the Covid pandemic, the cost of living crisis, tax hikes, to rebranded back in Autumn 2024, and here I am now, standing proud of being a local business recruitment owner in Yorkshire! 😊💫
Learning from your challenges and real hard work really does pay off, and I certainly wouldn’t be where I am today, without a huge appreciation and thanks to everyone who has surrounded me during the good, bad and the ugly, from my amazing team, Pippa, Janet and Sharon, to all of our incredible workforce, our people, our clients and many many more, not forgetting my future husband to be just in a few weeks, Duncan who has been my rock over the last 3 years. 🪨
The future is bright and is looking strong at P.J Staffing Ltd and I’m truly excited about what lays ahead for me both personally and In the world of business!!
