Environmental responsibility:
P.J Staffing supports the government's goal of achieving a zero waste, circular economy through core recyclable waste streams, which we also encourage and support our clients to adopt.
Ethical responsibility:
P.J Staffing uphold fair treatment of all candidates regardless of age, race, culture, or sexual orientation, favourable pay and benefits for employees.
Philanthropic responsibility:
P.J Staffing donates to charities and engages only with suppliers or vendors that share the company's philanthropic values. Additionally, we sponsor and hold fundraising events for both local and international charities. Each year, we select a charity to support; for the past few years, we have chosen Macmillan Cancer Trust & A local under-12s rugby team, the Milford ARLFC club.
Financial responsibility:
P.J Staffing prioritizes the well-being of our candidates above all else. We invest significantly in staff welfare by providing uniforms, water, meals during festival work, transportation, and training. Our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion ensures a diverse workforce throughout the recruitment, selection, retention, communication, performance management, and training processes.
