It is with great sadness to announce that the incredible and very much loved Janet Wilks passed away on the evening of Friday 21st February 2026!
Janet’s love and passion for recruitment and its people was undeniable, with making many smile through the interviewing and onboarding process with her whit and charm to those early morning check in’s, surrounded by the teams when we have company do’s. Unquestionably Janet loved every single minute of it.
Janet was an excellent mind to bounce off with ideas, suggestions as well as the cheekiness of her mischievous behaviour especially when it came to the planting the seed to go to our local on a Wednesday afternoon.
A One of a kind and an inspirational woman, full of life, laughter, stories and mischievous behaviour, this glamourous picture of Mrs W 💕 just sums up the ray of sunshine she brought to so many people. 🌞
With a glass of Sauv blanc raised in honour, It was a true privilege to have been part of Janet’s life.🍷 Mrs W will be missed by many 💕
