Another Brick in the Wall! 

 

One of the most important parts of PJ Staffing, which is at our heart and core is our wall outside our office! 

 

It is very special and has played a crucial part in our business for the last few years! 

 

So, what is it that makes this wall so very special? To look at it, there isn’t anything that would make anybody think it was particularly unique! It just looks like a wall!! 

 

Well, this is where the journey for our candidates starts!! Physically, as this is where they pick up transport for their shifts! However, more importantly, this is where their path as part of the PJ Staffing family starts! 

 

This is where they meet for their first shift. This is where they meet us and other candidates on their first day. Taking a seat on the wall, is where relationships are forged and cemented and where the wall is strengthened as more bricks of friendship, trust, camaraderie and community are added. 

 

Having successfully passed the interview stage and registered with us, the wall is their first opportunity to become part of a special gang and use their talent and equipment (customer service, reliability, commitment, skills, knowledge) that they have in their toolbox! 

 

Our wall gets stronger as it is added to! Built up by our very special team who work together to establish strong and sturdy bonds that last! 

Our team goes from strength to strength. They support each other, build on their confidence, push and challenge themselves to be the best they can be and have each other’s backs! 

 

So if you are ever walking past our office, just take a moment to notice our special wall and the work that has gone into it that makes it so well built and solid!
